• What made you come up with this idea “Smart is Sexy“?

Smart is Sexy came about to ignite a movement of people ready to redefine the idea of sexy in each and every one of us. It combines thought-provoking text with photography that complement the text. It emphasis the notion that you cannot have sexy without smart, and smart defines sexy. One should not replace the other but work together and the blog highlights that with its text and pictures. Intelligence is our greatest tool, and we need education to improve it. Education adds value to an individual. It can never be taken away and becomes more valuable with time.

• What is a concept brand?

A concept brand like Smart is Sexy does not have a physical product that it sells–it is more of a movement. It is a Movement of people ready to define what makes every shape, gender, race, age and to collaborate with brands that are smart choices by making our life better and bringing out our sexiest self.

• Your look is interesting, where does it come from?

Thank you! I am half Brazilian, half Italian. My mom is Italian and my dad is Brazilian.

• Do you speak other languages?

I speak Portuguese and French and Italian…my Italian is slowly dying though…

• How would you describe your style?

It kind of goes with whatever my mood is. I don’t just stick to one style but I can tell you that I am usually not attracted to crazy loud prints. I like clothes that compliment or enhance my body shape and compliment my attitude of the moment. I appreciate good tailoring, femininity and flirting with androgyny.
