Well let’s take this little life skill that we seemly mastered in kindergarten or maaayyybe at 10, either way let’s just pretend that tying a shoe is like your diploma from pre-school. So now this is where we put it to the test, how well do you know how to tie a shoe?

Your next thought could be “Who cares! I tie a shoe and it gets the job done, it’s juuuuuust tying a shoe!! What difference does it make?!”

BAM!! And that’s the rhetorical question that makes all the difference, “What difference does it make?” In life, there are small advantages that will yield stronger results. Tying a shoe represents a building block at the start of our educational careers. If we not only learned how to get the job done but also what the best way is to get a job done  we could yield something more in our future than just accomplishing the task.  We could build upon a small building block preparing us with the mindset for success. So what’s the big deal in knowing how to tie a shoe better?
